Matthew “M” von Nida
Matthew (M) von Nida is a highly successful political and fundraising strategist who provides the essential financial and operational expertise needed to win competitive, top-tier campaigns across the country. As the founder of von Nida Consulting (vNC), established in 2019, M has since raised over $100 million for Democratic candidates and organizations, with special expertise in the tri-state and eastern half of the United States.
M's work is directly tied to key Democratic victories and the advancement of influential party leaders. Most notably, in 2022, M led the fundraising effort for Senator Catherine Cortez Masto's re-election, raising more than $62 million in what was the nation’s most competitive Senate race and ultimately securing the Democratic Majority in the U.S. Senate. This success followed their work in helping Senator Cortez Masto establish one of the largest Leadership PACs in the country in 2018, leading up to her tenure as Chair of the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee (DSCC) in 2020. M continues to support Senate incumbents like Senator Ben Ray Luján, Senator Bob Casey, and Senator Kirsten Gillibrand, helping fund her Off the Sidelines PAC to elect women and pragmatic candidates to Congress.
von Nida Consulting’s client roster reflects the firm's mission to advance a positive impact on the American political system, including major organizations such as the Democratic Association of Secretaries of State, the Nevada State Democratic Party, and advocacy groups GIFFORDS and the GIFFORDS Law Center. M has also driven the national fundraising for Gubernatorial campaigns (Abigail Spanberger for Governor) and Senatorial challenges (Barbara Bollier for U.S. Senate), in addition to working with numerous leadership PACs including All for Our Country Leadership PAC and Demings PAC (Congresswoman Val Demings). M began their career with vital field work for Senator Dick Durbin’s 2014 re-elect and Mayor Rahm Emanuel’s 2015 re-elect in Chicago.
M von Nida prides themself as a first in the industry, having founded vNC as the only non-binary and Asian American owned political consulting firm in Congress—a testament to their dedication to diversifying political leadership. Outside of their professional work, M is dedicated to public service and community, regularly running marathons for Team to End AIDS (AIDS Foundation), performing traditional Hawaiian hula, and enjoying cooking for friends. M received their BA in International Studies and International Political Economy from DePaul University and resides in Brooklyn, NY.
AC Brake
Anna Caroline “AC” Brake is the Vice President of von Nida Consulting and currently serves as the Deputy National Finance Director for Senator Catherine Cortez Masto (NV). AC has also led fundraising accounts for Senator Bob Casey (PA), All for Our Country Leadership PAC, Moderates PAC (including C4 and C3 development), and the Nevada State Democratic Party.
Prior to joining von Nida Consulting in 2023, AC served as the national finance associate and call time manager for Catherine Cortez Masto’s 2022 re-election campaign, focused primarily on major donor fundraising in the eastern half of the United States including the DMV and tri-state areas. The campaign shattered Nevada state and national fundraising records, raising a total of $62 million in an election that ultimately delivered the Senate majority for Democrats.
As Deputy National Finance Director, AC helps Senator Cortez Masto fund her All for Our Country Leadership PAC, one of the largest Leadership PACs in the nation, helping to support Democratic candidates for federal and state office in Nevada and across the country.
AC is a proud native of Owensboro, Kentucky and began her political career interning for Senator Jon Tester’s 2018 re-election campaign and in the office of former Congressman Tim Ryan. However, her true start in the political world and passion for public service began when she was six years-old knocking on doors in her hometown for her mom’s city council races which instilled within her not only a passion for campaigns and politics, but a determination to elect more women to public office.
AC received her BA in history and government from Georgetown University in 2020 and lives in Washington, D.C.
Noah Glazier is the National Fundraising Manager for von Nida Consulting where he began in early 2025. Noah grew up in Carmel, Indiana, and has dedicated his career to making a meaningful impact in the lives of those around him. He began his journey in politics knocking on doors for a Mayoral race in Bloomington, Indiana, and has since worked on Congressional races in Indianapolis, some of the country’s most competitive Senate races, and multiple Presidential campaigns. Rooted in Midwestern values, Noah brings a deep sense of purpose and commitment to helping candidates cross the finish line.
Following the 2024 election cycle, Noah joined von Nida Consulting after supporting the Biden Victory Fund and Harris Victory Fund as the LGBTQ+ Deputy Finance Director. Prior to this, Noah spent the 2022 election cycle supporting some of the most vulnerable Democratic candidates through his work with DigiDems and Zinc Collective. Noah currently leads vNC's fundraising efforts for GIFFORDS, GIFFORDS Law Center, as well as the re-election campaigns for Senator Ben Ray luján and Congressman Frank Mrvan.
Noah holds a B.A. in Political Science from Indiana University, with a minor in Jewish Studies, and recently relocated from Washington, DC to New York City with his partner, Andrew, and their dog Layla.
